Real Estate Nightmare, HELP !

Us Military SGT, started process to purchase townhouse through VA loan in Liberty County Georgia. Was suppose to close the dal on Dec. 30, 2008. Real Estate giving me the " run around", I turned in all needed paperwork, was pre approved by bank, got insurance on the place, paid all fees etc. Real Estate Agent is starting to lie about several things on why I can't move in my house. First they said I have to get flood insurance before I can move in -- already did and paid for, next they lost my pay stubs and forms--I resubmitted those, then they said they still need to make keys, strange because main office said the keys are waiting for me, then they called me down there for the final closing three (3) times and send me back home because now the bank suppose to have some issues with the final paperwork. Today they told me I can move in IF I pay $40.00 per night until the final closing. I am being lied to and now I want to get out of this deal, I no longer wish to purchase the home. What can I do. Can I get my $1500 deposit back ?
